Activities

In addition to paid staff, a large group of dedicated volunteers offers their time and talent to introduce many different skills to the girls.  These classes and offerings include computer, sewing, study skills, cooking, tutoring, physical development, religious education, drama, music (instrument and choir) and art skills.  Professional and technical certificates of proficiency are offered in several areas, including computer, sewing and professional baking.  A professional bakery is located on the premises, enabling the girls to both learn a marketable skill and provide nutritious bread and delicious baked goods for the entire Jardín.  Holidays, both secular and religious, are celebrated with great festivity and joy in a loving family environment.
